1951-s 10c Ngc Ms66 (ngc Star) Roosevelt Pastel Prooflike Gem

NGC did not give the full PL, probably because of the toning. Instead, they assigned the STAR. A rare date with PL qualities. The striations, grinding, and filing lines over each side are characteristic of all PL coins made between 1934 and 1955.
