1963 DDO VP-007 Roosevelt Silver Dime NGC MS65 TOP POP! 1 OF 1! 620-032

I have been grading coins for over 11+ years now and this is the only one I have ever found and I have gone through thousands of BU Rolls. The DDO FS-101 is very common compared to the DDO VP-007 which is CONECA DDO #2.
