1964 SMS Roosevelt Dime 90% silver 10¢ coin - 100% True story. I added 7 reference photos for your pleasure lol.
I listed this exact dime approximately four or five months ago. I will release the names if you need me to after sale. I thought it looked interesting in that plastic case that is in the photographs, the dime is no longer kept in that case but wrapped in silk. It was a coin store owner warning me to take it down before I got ripped off.
They're very awesome people and have always given me excellent advice. I mentioned what was going on with the dime I just listed the coin store owner said " I'd let it ride".
After hours and hours of messages I took it down, I started answering the messages and then I said the absolute worst possible thing you can say on this site, which I don't care to repeat. Luckily for both of us that was the end of the conversation. So here it is back up for sale, the 12 photos you see are the first 11 that I took I cropped one photo for the cover. Used a different zoom on photos 11 and 12 and absolutely no filters whatsoever. I didn't even brighten or dim any of the photos.
I took it out of that plastic for obvious reasons. And I have never touched it I don't know how long it was in that plastic. Hopefully about 55 years give or take. It has never been cleaned and I do have all my coins checked.
And thank God I did because I did find one counterfeit Morgan silver dollar that is no longer with us. I have too many coins and I can't be buried with them well I guess I could but I don't want to be. I tried my best with the details, KM number could be 194? Now that I think about it. I'm going to list this one a little lower than the other one that I saw on here for sale it's a 1964 d.
